Article Quality & Submission Standards

1. Editorial Discretion & Rejection Rights
We reserve the right to decline or request revisions for any submission that fails to meet our technical depth, factual accuracy, or ethical guidelines. If an article is declined prior to publication, the sponsor is entitled to a 100% full refund.
2. Retention Durations (Annual vs Permanent)
Articles sponsored under the Annual Tier ($100/yr) remain live for an active duration of 12 months, renewable upon expiry. Articles sponsored under the Lifetime Tier ($1,000) are permanently retained and indexed for the complete lifetime that usama.dev remains live and accessible.
3. Link Maintenance & Safety Policy
The sponsor is responsible for ensuring destination URLs remain safe and active. If a destination URL becomes malicious, broken, or redirects to prohibited niches, we reserve the right to unlink or request a replacement URL from the sponsor.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are invoiced in USD via Stripe, Wise, or Bank Wire. Payment must be cleared prior to final publication. Lifetime plans are a single one-time payment with zero subsequent renewal fees.
5. Sponsor Warranties & Indemnification
The sponsor warrants that they own or hold all required intellectual property rights, licenses, and permissions for any text, imagery, trademarks, or code provided in the submission.
